Women and Cocktails: Learn From Us!

To be able to make a drink or cocktail that would impress any woman or make her happy, I believe an understanding of the female gender is imperative to a certain degree. Don’t you think? Come on! These beings are rocket science at times......

However, women are special; each in her own unique way, and if you don’t know that then maybe, just maybe you’re not human, or at least not from our planet. Or maybe you must be from the "Kikundi cha Kuchukua Sheria Mkononi"... ama wale wa..... Tuwachie hapo, but I’m certain a number of people.. I mean most Men... would agree with me.

Now, even though each woman is unique and different, there are a number of things that are common with most. Women are sensual, can be sweet when they want to be, and can sting when they intend to. Hapa najua wengi wenu mnajua... mtu ukidate ni kamalaika but after a while...... let's leave that there bado nataka kulala kwa nyumba. They’re natural multi-taskers and as such are rarely doing just one thing at a time. They are also quite svelte (tumia dictionary bwana) and subtle at handling a certain group of people who never really like to admit they’re being handled; men. Tunajifanyanga siimba eti mandume but mnajua tu.....

This description, though maybe not spot on, can say a lot about the types of cocktails women folk would like to indulge in. Sweet, sensual, interesting, flavorful, sometimes zesty, and possessing the ability to creep up on you so you don’t feel that kick until you’re a few glasses down. In other words, a woman’s choice of cocktail could handle a person, subtly. And so, whether it be a ladies night out, or a date night, or just relaxing at home, I will give you a list of cocktails from which every kind of woman can choose. Hata wale wa guarana leo nawaelimisha.... Stay tuned for the next blog with women cocktails.....
